Logistics Sales Manager

Lead negotiator and strategist of international trade solutions
The essence of the role: find new clients, deeply understand their logistics challenges and offer the ideal transport solution (sea, air, rail). Then hand over to the operations team for ongoing client support.

What you'll do?

  • Develop the client base: search and attract customers in international transportation
  • Consulting: select optimal routes and modes of transport (sea, rail, air)
  • Assemble a «service bundle»: transport + customs clearance + insurance + warehouse handling
  • Calculate costs, prepare commercial offers
  • Conduct negotiations, presentations, sign contracts
  • Together with the team, provide shipment status updates to clients, maintain records in CRM

Our expectations

  • 1+ year of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding or foreign trade
  • Understanding of international transportation and customs clearance processes
  • Knowledge of Incoterms basics (who pays and bears the risks)
  • Proficient in PC (Excel, Outlook), CRM/1C is a plus
  • English: reading documents and business correspondence
  • Proactivity, desire to earn, ability to listen and negotiate

Foreign Trade Logistics Manager

Organizing complex multimodal shipments, working with international agents
Due to the expansion of our operations department, we are looking for an experienced foreign trade manager to handle basic and complex container shipments (import, export).

Key responsibilities

  • Organize international container shipments (import: sea, rail, LCL, truck, transit)
  • Organize air / LCL shipments, work with terminals, transshipment warehouses, airports
  • Work with international partners and agents, negotiate favorable terms
  • Manage clients through all stages: from cost calculation to delivery completion
  • Monitor deadlines, documents, cargo movement, keep customers informed
  • Provide quotes for regular clients independently, develop assigned client base
  • Interact with terminals, warehouses, maintain records in Bitrix24 and 1C, reports

Experience & skills

  • 5+ years of experience in international import shipments
  • Deep knowledge of all transport modes: sea, rail, air, truck, consolidated cargo
  • Understanding of Incoterms, document flow, working with terminals and warehouses
  • Ability to combine operational tasks and client communication
  • Proficient in Excel, 1C, Bitrix24
  • English: reading documents and business correspondence
  • Independence, attention to detail, solving non-standard problems

Sales Manager (BB, Ro-Ro, Oversized)

Oversized cargo expert — general cargo, project cargo, bulk cargo
This vacancy is for a professional with experience specifically in oversized cargo. You understand the difference between break-bulk and RO-RO, build complex routes, and confidently calculate project logistics costs.

What you'll do

  • Find and attract customers for the transportation of general, project, and bulk cargo
  • Full sales cycle: from first contact to regular shipments, market analysis, deal enhancement
  • Handle oversized and non-container cargo inquiries
  • Calculate door-to-door cost: sea freight, port handling, customs, truck delivery
  • Plan routes, select subcontractors, negotiate with agents
  • Prepare commercial offers and manage contracts

What matters to us

  • Sales experience in NON-container / oversized cargo — strictly required
  • Confident calculation of freight, port services, forwarding costs
  • Understanding of B2B sales, business etiquette, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook; CRM / 1C is a plus
  • English at conversational level (communication with international partners)
  • Initiative, flexibility, sharp analytical mind
